Senior Quantity Surveyor
with a solid background in fit out and design and build projects. You''ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional commercial outcomes through expert cost management, contract administration, and stakeholder collaboration.What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will:Lead budgeting, cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and final accountsAdvise on contracts, legal issues, and dispute resolutionHandle subcontract procurement, valuations, payments, and remeasurementCollaborate closely with site and project managers to capture all project variationsSupport estimating and manufacturing teams with commercial inputBuild strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractorsPromote high standards in Health and Safety, Quality, and EnvironmentWhat We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying (preferably in fit out)Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fieldExperience in design and build, especially MandE and architectural finishesStrong contractual and building regulation knowledgeExcellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindsetFull driving licence and flexibility to travel occasionally to the UKWhat You’ll Get
