Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineering ContractorLocation: St Albans, HertfordshireRate: £425 £475 per dayIR35: Outside IR35Duration: 3 months Our client is an established Civil Engineering Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for an initial 3-month freelance assignment. The role will have a particular focus on pricing and managing Compensation Events, supporting the commercial delivery of ongoing civil engineering works. We re looking for: Civil Engineering Contractor background. Strong experience pricing Compensation Events. Good working knowledge of NEC contracts. Experience across earthworks, drainage, highways/S278 or similar civils desirable.
