Key responsibilitiesPrepare and review project budgets, cost plans and forecasts.Manage subcontractor procurement, including prequalification, tender assessment, negotiation and preparation of subcontract orders.Assess subcontractor valuations and certify interim payments, ensuring payment and pay-less notices are issued within the required timescales.Identify and manage commercial risks, advising project teams on contractual matters.Prepare and present monthly Cost Value Reconciliation reports.Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.Coordinate commercial workloads and monitor progress against deadlines.Support the management of the commercial team, supervising and mentoring Quantity Surveyors.Work closely with operational teams to maintain effective cost control throughout project delivery.Candidate ..... full job details .....
