Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor

Your new company A leading specialist fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality, retail and workplace projects across the UK and Ireland is seeking to appoint a QS / Estimator to join its growing commercial team in Belfast.Known for delivering prestigious interior fit-out schemes for blue-chip clients, the business offers a collaborative environment, a strong project pipeline and genuine opportunities for career progression.Your new role As QS / Estimator, you will play a key role in both the pre-construction and commercial delivery phases of projects. Working closely with senior management, operational teams and clients, you will prepare competitive estimates, manage project costs and help ensure successful project delivery from tender stage through to final account.Key duties will include:Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out projectsReviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentationObtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotationsManaging project costs, valuations and variationsProducing accurate financial reports and forecastsAssisting with procurement and subcontractor managementSupporting the successful commercial delivery of multiple projectsAttending client, site and project meetings as required What you''ll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will have:Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying, Estimating or combined QS/Estimator ..... full job details .....
