We''re recruiting on behalf of a local engineering and manufacturing business, who are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead and develop their quality function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you''ll have the autonomy to drive quality improvements, lead compliance activities and work closely with senior leadership to shape future strategy.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Leading the Quality Management System and ensuring ISO9001 compliance.
• Driving continuous improvement across production, engineering and supply chain.
• Managing internal and external audits.
• Leading NCR, CAPA and root cause investigations.
• Improving supplier quality and performance.
• Developing quality processes, KPIs and reporting.
• Supporting Health & Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Working with senior management to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a Senior Quality Manager or Quality Manager role within engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience managing audits, supplier quality, NCRs and CAPA.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• ISO13485 and/or ISO14001 knowledge.
• Lead Auditor qualification.
• NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
