As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include:Leading the Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirementsDriving quality strategy, KPIs and governance across the Blandford site (with travel to Poole when required)Overseeing APQP and ensuring accurate, on-time PPAP submissionsImplementing in-process quality controls, including audits, error-proofing and process capability studiesManaging customer and supplier quality performance, including complaints, audits and corrective actionsReducing scrap, rework and cost of poor quality through data-driven problem solvingAs a Quality Manager, your experience will include:Leadership experience within manufacturing quality managementStrong working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC and MSAHands-on experience with metrology, GDandT, jigs, fixtures and capability analysisExposure to processes such as forming, fabricating, welding, machining or assemblyConfident customer-facing communication and supplier development ..... full job details .....
