We''re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager for Residential Children''s Care to lead our quality agenda and help shape the future of care for children and young people across the UK. The successful candidate will ideally be based within an hours commute of Eastleigh, Hampshire as regional travel is expected with the role.

Role detailsWho you\''ll be supporting and more about the role: As a key member of Arc\''s senior leadership team, you\''ll be responsible for:

Leading strategic quality planning and performance across children and young people\''s services.

Driving continuous improvement through robust quality assurance frameworks and risk management.

Championing best practice, innovation, and regulatory excellence.

Supporting service mobilisation, transformation, and post-inspection improvement.

Building strong relationships with regulators, local authorities, and sector partners.

Coaching and mentoring operational leaders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
