We''re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Capability function. In this key role, you''ll oversee quality assurance activities across a wide range of projects-helping ensure delivery teams consistently meet the highest standards while shaping improvements that align with our strategic objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality initiatives, mentor specialists, and work closely with senior stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
What you''ll be doing
Lead and oversee quality assurance activities across projects of all types and complexity.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Quality Assurance Specialists.
Develop and implement quality assurance plans, frameworks, and processes.
Act as the primary quality lead for selected programmes, working with the Principal Portfolio Assurance Manager.
Engage with key stakeholders and customers to champion a culture of quality.
Analyse quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct and oversee audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.
Support project closure, lessons learned, and the integration of best practice into future programmes.
What we''re looking for
Essential:
HNC or higher in an engineering-related field, or equivalent experience with a professional qualification (e.g., Quality Management, PMO, Programme/Project Management, P3O).
Strong knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and embed quality across delivery teams.
Desirable:
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
Experience leading quality initiatives in large, complex environments.
Background in change management, benefits management, and regulatory compliance.
