Experienced in children and young people’s residential care, with deep knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and the Children Act.A confident leader with a track record in quality, compliance, and service transformation.Skilled in data analysis, audit, and regulatory reporting.A natural collaborator who can influence, inspire, and drive change across complex, multi-site organisations.Qualification in health or social care desirable but not essentialWhat’s in it for you
