Morson Talent are currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to work on the behalf of our aerospace client based in Edinburgh. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will interact at Programme and Integrated Project Team (IPT) level. Working in partnership with the Programme and Project Managers Responsibilities: - Offer advice, support and assistance on all Quality Assurance / Quality Control matters - Support Principal Quality Engineer in in driving objectives to meet / exceed targets including LPS/KPI goals, QL4 effectiveness, supplier and customer timely RCCA. - Contribute actively to IPT requirement to deliver a compliant product in a timely manner meeting all cost and safety requirements - Support creation of Quality Plans defining quality assurance activities aligned to Risk, Opportunity and Improvement within the Programme and associated Projects, operating in line with the requirements of the Operational Framework - Provide leadership to the Assurance Teams in order to meet Programme and IPT objectives - Actively ensure LPS goals for Quality KPIs including QNs, MRB, FRBs etc are achieved by supporting improvement plans and active management of key activity such as MRB etc - Lead the Assurance function''s improvement plans across all phases of the Programme, Product and Project Lifecycle - Mentor others in order to grow Quality excellence within the Programme/Projects - Successfully apply interpersonal skills to positively influence behaviours ..... full job details .....
