Are you an experienced professional in Quality or Compliance looking for your next opportunity£ We’re recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team.

Start date ASAP:
Duration: 3 months possible extension 
Salary: £35,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 per week
Hybrid Working: 1–2 days in the office (Galashiels) - will consider fully remote candidates 

Key Responsibilities:

- Support project management meetings to stay informed on product quality and compliance.
- Assist with Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes 
- Review batch records for imported products and complete RPi release steps for UK/GB distribution.
- Manage Quality Systems such as Documentation Control, Change Control, Auditing, and Training.
- Participate in internal audits (self-inspections), identifying and addressing any compliance gaps.
- Deliver GxP and SOP training to ensure adherence to procedures.

- Experience in Quality or Compliance 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with Quality Systems
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
