With strong leadership, a supportive environment, and an excellent pipeline of work, this is the ideal move for someone who wants to take more ownership and progress to Associate level and beyond.Your Role:Lead all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and commercial managementOversee procurement strategies, tendering, contract advice, and final accountsProvide clear cost advice to clients, helping them make informed commercial decisionsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and value throughout the pre- and post-contract lifecycleBuild long-term relationships with hotel, leisure, and student accommodation clientsContribute to the growth and reputation of the business through quality deliveryWhat We’re Looking For:Background in Cost Consultancy / Quantity Surveying, ideally MRICS (or working towards it)Strong technical skills in cost planning, benchmarking, and commercial managementExperience in hotel, hospitality, or leisure sectors preferredConfident and credible in front of clients, with excellent communication skillsA collaborative mindset and appetite for career growthReady to take the next step?Send your CV to
