Senior QS

One of our clients need a Senior QS to assist them on a National Grid substation project in Birmingham.Set up: ASAP start 6-month initial contract Working on National Grid substation project Hybrid role - 3 days on site Inside IR35Key Responsibilities: Needed for number crunching, look at cost forecasting, taking costs, look at programmes Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work. Assist in establishing a client''s requirements and undertake feasibility studies. Perform risk, value management, and cost control. Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks. Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.Client requirements: Proven experience as Senior QS in project setting Strong NEC (4) knowledge Previously worked for Tier 1 contractor Previously worked on relevant project - OHL/substations/utilities/nuclear/water etc Proven experience as Senior QSPlease click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
