This contractor has a strong reputation for quality and efficiency, and they are currently delivering an exciting, large-scale highways scheme. Due to the high turnover of changes and the sheer volume of work, they are looking to expand their team by hiring a dedicated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on one of the contractor''s most significant and high-profile projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work and change. You will be expected to manage the financial aspects of the project, oversee cost control, and ensure the project is delivered within budget. You will be joining a dynamic team, where your contribution will play a key role in the success of the scheme. Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the quantity surveying aspects of the highways project, including cost planning, monitoring, and reporting. Manage and track financial performance, ensuring cost forecasts are accurate, and changes are well-documented and accounted for. Prepare and issue monthly valuations, cost reports, and other financial documentation in line with project requirements.
