Senior Property Manager

Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be supporting an award-winning lettings agency in Bath with their search for a Senior Property Manager to join their successful team. You will play a key role in the smooth running of the property management and lettings business. You will be a senior point of contact for landlords, tenants and applicants, dealing confidently with queries, resolving issues and ensuring our properties and service are maintained to a high standard. You will also bring your wider lettings knowledge to the role, including valuations, new business and the full lettings process. DAY TO DAY Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring maintenance, repairs and tenant queries are dealt with efficiently. Act as a senior point of contact for landlords, tenants and management-related queries, taking ownership and finding effective solutions. Deal confidently and professionally with complaints, taking ownership of issues and following them through to a positive outcome. Ensure legal and regulatory requirements are followed and that you are up to date with housing legislation. Support the training and development of staff.
