Role Overview: This is a hands-on Property Manager role, responsible for the full lifecycle of a portfolio of managed properties. From maintenance and compliance to inspections and deposit handling, you''ll work closely with both tenants and landlords to ensure smooth and professional service. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager, so previous experience is a must. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of managed properties and deliver outstanding property management service Deal with proactive and reactive maintenance issues Conduct property inspections, tenant check-ins and check-outs Manage tenancy deposits and dispute resolutions Coordinate safety testing and ensure compliance across your portfolio Maintain clear communication with tenants and landlords Build strong relationships with clients and contractors Ensure internal systems and compliance standards are followed at all times Work independently out on appointments as well as collaboratively with the in-office team Skills and ..... full job details .....
