Senior Property and Development Manager

Job Purpose Support the Head of Property, Regeneration and Economic Development in leading and delivering the Council''s strategic property agenda and corporate asset management function. Providing strategic leadership for the planning, optimisation, governance and performance of the Council''s property portfolio, ensuring property assets support service delivery, regeneration objectives, financial sustainability and wider corporate priorities. Leading on the development and implementation of strategic asset management initiatives, property rationalisation programmes, acquisition and disposal strategies, development opportunities and asset investment decisions. Acting as the Council''s senior professional adviser on property matters, overseeing corporate landlord responsibilities, asset valuation activity, estate performance and property-related governance, whilst ensuring compliance with statutory and professional requirements.
