Senior Property Manager - Hertfordshire Up to £50,000 Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus OTE circa £55, Days Holiday + Bank Holidays The Opportunity A highly established and well-regarded property management company is looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a varied residential portfolio, including high-rise buildings, totalling approximately 328 units. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio and working within a professional, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with clients, leaseholders and residents. Manage the specific operational and compliance requirements associated with high-rise residential buildings. Carry out regular property inspections, identifying and following up on maintenance, health and safety and operational matters. Oversee repairs, contractors and specialist consultants, ensuring works are completed effectively, to the appropriate standard and represent value for money. Coordinate major works programmes, including planning, budgeting, consultation and communication with relevant stakeholders.
