Senior Project Surveyor

I''m currently working with a well-established, highly regarded construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Surveyor to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile commercial projects, including new build developments, major refurbishments, and Category A & Category B office fit-outs for leading developers, investors, and occupiers.

The Role

As a Senior Project Surveyor, you''ll be responsible for delivering a full range of quantity surveying and cost management services from project inception through to completion. You''ll take ownership of projects, build lasting client relationships, and play a key role in delivering exceptional commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing full pre and post-contract quantity surveying services.
• Cost planning, estimating and budget management.
• Managing procurement and tender processes.
• Contract administration, valuations and payment certification.
• Final account negotiations and project close-out.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Managing multiple commercial office projects across London.

About You

To be successful, you''ll have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• MRICS status or be working towards chartership.
• Previous consultancy/PQS experience.
• Strong experience delivering commercial office projects, including refurbishment and CAT A/CAT B fit-out schemes.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident, client-facing approach.
• The ability to manage projects independently while working collaboratively within a team.
