Our client, a leading organisation in the defence and security sector, is seeking a Senior Project Professional - Delivery to support the successful execution of complex submarine-related projects in Barrow. This six-month contract role is full time on site and offers the opportunity to contribute to critical delivery programmes within a highly regulated engineering environment.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of complex defence projectsMonitoring project progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependenciesMaintaining accurate project documentation, schedules and performance reportsWorking closely with engineering, operational and project management teamsCo-ordinating project activities to ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed objectivesIdentifying potential delivery risks and supporting appropriate mitigation plansCommunicating project updates to internal stakeholders and contributing to governance reviewsJob Requirements:Significant experience in project delivery, project management or project controlsStrong understanding of project planning, reporting and delivery methodologiesExperience managing risks, issues, actions and project dependenciesExcellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to work effectively in a complex, highly regulated defence or engineering environmentProficiency in relevant project management tools ..... full job details .....
