The project includes various build types including New Build, Extension and Refurbishment with some unique design aspects making it a rewarding project to lead.The project team is well resourced with x2 experienced Site Managers. Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing the project as Senior Project Manager. Develop and manage detailed project programmes, timelines, and site setup plans, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across all phases.Obtain all necessary planning permissions, statutory permits, and building regulation approvals prior to and during construction.Partner with the Quantity Surveyor to oversee the project budget, maintaining tight financial control from start to finish.Use industry software (including Procore and ASTA) to streamline project delivery, progress tracking, and team ..... full job details .....
