Senior Project Planner

Senior Planner - BristolWe are currently looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join a leading engineering and project management consultancy, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure programmes from their Bristol office.The role will sit within an established Project Controls team and will require a strong technical planning background, with particular experience in Primavera P6, Earned Value Management (EVM), integrated scheduling and NEC contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and manage complex project programmes using Primavera P6Lead the integration of schedules across multiple projects, disciplines, contractors and workstreamsEnsure dependencies, interfaces and key milestones are accurately reflected within the integrated programmeApply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to measure and report project performanceUndertake critical path, schedule variance and performance analysisManage baselines, progress updates, forecasting and look-ahead programmesSupport NEC contract management, including programme requirements, change and assessment of schedule impactsIdentify programme risks, delays and opportunities and develop appropriate mitigation strategiesProduce clear schedule, EVM and project controls reporting for senior stakeholdersWork closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial Managers and wider Project Controls teamsExperience RequiredStrong experience as a Senior Planner / Senior Planning Engineer on major infrastructure ..... full job details .....
