Senior Project Manager - Client Side ConstructionLocation: Office based in Birstol and CardiffSalary: £70,000 - £75,000 + PackageType: PermanentOur client is an established property and development organisation with an expanding portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects across the South West. They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and take responsibility for delivering projects from inception through to completion.This is a client-side position, offering the opportunity to work directly for the organisation and oversee external consultants, contractors and professional teams throughout the project lifecycle.The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities will include: Managing projects from initial concept and feasibility through to completion and handover Acting as the client representative throughout the project lifecycle Appointing and managing consultants, contractors and professional teams Managing project budgets, programmes, procurement and risk Overseeing planning, design development and construction delivery Monitoring contractor performance and project progress Leading project meetings and coordinating stakeholders Managing variations, commercial issues and project risks Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and ..... full job details .....
