Senior Project Manager - Capital Projects Multi-site (Surrey and Slough) 6 months (temp to perm) £40.00 per hour A senior leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a large NHS organisation''s Capital Projects team. This role will lead the delivery of a significant capital programme across a complex, multi-site estate.The RoleYou will take strategic and operational responsibility for a portfolio of capital projects, leading a team of project managers and ensuring successful programme delivery.Key responsibilities include:Leading the delivery of capital projects ranging from minor works to multi-million-pound developmentsManaging and developing a team of Project Managers and overseeing performance Driving the capital programme, including new builds, refurbishments, and backlog maintenanceLeading estate strategy development and long-term capital planning Overseeing business case development and capital budget management Providing expert advice to senior stakeholders, including executive teams and boards Managing consultants, contractors, and external partnersEnsuring compliance with governance, legislation, and health and safety standards Deputising for the Head of Projects where requiredAbout YouYou will be a senior capital projects professional with strong leadership, strategic, and technical capability.Essential:Degree (or equivalent) in construction, engineering, surveying, or related discipline Significant experience managing ..... full job details .....
