Asbestos Project Manager

Job Description

• Manage and deliver-asbestos-remedial programmes across-a residential housing-portfolio
• Plan, scope and-oversee-projects from inception-to completion, ensuring-compliance, quality and-budget targets-are met
• Audit completed works-to ensure compliance-with asbestos regulations, health &-safety and quality-standards
• Carry out compliance-survey audits and-maintain accurate records
• Manage-customer queries and-complaints, providing a-high standard of-service
• Identify and report-project risks, issues-and lessons learned
• Work closely with-internal teams and-contractors to deliver-projects efficiently

Requirements

• BOHS P402 or-P403 & P404 (or-equivalent)
• Experience in asbestos-management within housing, construction, consultancy-or contractor environments
• Strong knowledge of-asbestos legislation, CDM-regulations-and compliance requirements
• Experience managing contractors-and delivering projects
• Excellent communication,-organisation and stakeholder-management skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Able to work-independently, prioritise-workloads and meet-deadlines
• Full UK driving-licence-
