Senior Project Manager

Overview

Senior Project Manager role at a Director-led Consultancy near Cambridge, delivering schemes in the Residential, Later Living and Healthcare sectors. Managing projects from inception to completion with contract values up to £20m. Hybrid role with salary package of £65,000-£75,000 per annum.Responsibilities

Working closely with the Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completionSupport the Assistant and Project Managers with challenges during project lifecyclesReport to the Associate Director and Project Director on a weekly basis with project progressRun complex projects simultaneouslyAttend regular meetings with clients to discuss project progressEnsure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsQualifications

Previous experience working for a Construction ConsultancyKnowledge of Residential, Healthcare or Later Living sector is idealMRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferredA relevant BSc/MSc in Construction is idealCommutable to CambridgeAbility to manage schemes simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat Would Be Offered
