Senior Project Manager

Exciting Senior Project Manager opportunity, winning and delivering key projects for a leading Tier 1 Fit-Out and refurbishment company.

About the role of Senior Project Manager:

Working on Commercial Office Fit-Out projects valued at -5 - -10 million, with a focus on CAT B and cut & carve across central London.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager:

• Playing an active part in tendering and winning work
• Focusing on Design, Delivery and running an effective programme.
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
• Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion

Requirements for Senior Project Manager:

• Experience winning key projects and running them from cradle to grave
• Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
• Specific CAT-B Commercial Fit-Out experience
• Comfortable leading tenders or supporting a Project Director in tender delivery
