Senior Project Manager

An expanding consultancy in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Real Estate team. This opportunity will see a Senior Project Manager deliver residential and commercial schemes across the North West, playing a key role in a wide range of impactful developments.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will enjoy working in a client-facing role and will be trusted to manage projects up to -40m in value. This Liverpool-based role would suit a proactive Senior Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality built environment projects.

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning and delivery of construction projects, ensuring effective coordination between all stakeholders. You''ll be responsible for producing project plans, managing programme timelines, controlling costs, and mitigating risks throughout the lifecycle.

You''ll also be expected to oversee procurement processes, monitor contractor performance, and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring their vision is realised on time and within budget.

• Degree in a relevant construction discipline

• Chartered or working towards (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, APM)

• Solid consultancy background preferred; contractor experience considered

• Experience working in residential and/or commercial sectors
