Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
Location: London & Home Counties (site/project-based with office presence as required)

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex new build schemes within a progressive and well-established industrial contractor. This role is ideal for candidates with a track record in delivering industrial, data centre, or large steel frame projects from pre-construction through to completion.
 
Your Next Role – What You’ll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle on a newly won scheme, with complete responsibility for project delivery. managing the construction of large steel frame, logistics, and technology infrastructure builds. Responsibilities include:

• Full life cycle delivery from groundworks to handover
• Management of site teams, subcontractors, and commercial functions
• Close liaison with design, planning, and client teams
• Ensuring high standards in programme, quality, and safety

This is a strategic role for someone seeking longevity, growth, and high-level project exposure within a thriving and well-supported business.
 
What You’ll Need – The Ideal Background

• A minimum of 8 years'' experience in project management within the construction sector.
• Proven delivery of steel frame, industrial or data centre new builds.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
• Knowledge of UK construction regulations and procurement routes.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black), and First Aid certification preferred.
