Position: Internal Projects Manager – Telecoms
Location: Brentwood
Our client is a communications Company specialising in Voice and Data solutions looking for a Project Manager. Good telephone manner, communication skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel are essential.
Duties to include:
Projects
- Setting up Project and Tasks on PM software
- Ordering of Hardware from Distribution
- Ordering of Internet Services via Suppliers Portals
- Management of the project through to completion which invoices communication with our Engineers, contractors and suppliers.
- Chasing suppliers through to completion
- Keeping regular communication with clients throughout the project
- Checking deliveries into stock and to client sites
- Creating Engineer Worksheets and updating the engineers diary
- Handover of Projects to Accounts for invoicing once complete
- Quote for Upgrades / additional works on Xero and Proposify
- Liaising with Tech Support for programming changes – new users
- Managing existing Mobile users add moves and changes – sim swaps
- Crating or Improving Process inclusive of documenting these
- Understanding our billing software , completing the required changes to support the monthly billing process on a per project basis.
- Completing the monthly billing process through to sign off (after 3 months)
