Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

A well-regarded multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in central Birmingham is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support a growing pipeline across the leisure and commercial sectors. This Senior Project Manager role will see you leading schemes including cinema developments, gym fit-outs, retail parks, and city-centre office refurbishments, typically ranging from -2m20m.

The Senior Project Manager will join an established construction team with strong repeat clients and a clear pipeline. This is a hands-on Senior Project Manager position with real client ownership rather than oversight-only delivery.

The Senior Project Manager''s role
The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for delivering construction projects from feasibility through to handover. You will act as the key client contact, managing design teams, leading pre-contract meetings, and overseeing delivery on site. The Senior Project Manager will also support junior staff and contribute to business development.

The Senior Project Manager

• BSc in a construction discipline

• MRICS, MAPM or working towards

• 5+ years in construction consultancy

• Experience delivering leisure or commercial schemes

• Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts

You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Senior Project Manager to be considered for this role.
