The Opportunity As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you ll take ownership of multiple agile engineering teams (onshore and offshore), driving the delivery of high-quality, scalable software that underpins global programmes. You ll sit at the heart of Technology, working closely with Product, Architecture and business stakeholders to shape and deliver a digital roadmap that supports real-world change. This is a leadership-first role, but one where your engineering background will be critical in setting standards, influencing technical direction and driving excellence.
