Senior Project Manager/Associate – BirminghamOur client is an independent multi-sector Cost, Project Management and Surveying consultancy with offices in London, Birmingham, Dubai and New York. They are expanding their Midlands team and are seeking a capable and experienced Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager to cover a variety of prestigious local and UK-wide projects.Responsibilities

Deliver project management services for a portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial and/or mixed-use projects within a consultancy environment.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to budget, schedule and quality targets.Qualifications

7+ years'' industry experienceExtensive JCT Contract knowledgeDegree qualified; chartership would be favourable but is not essentialSalary and Benefits

Salary up to £75,000 for Associate level, plus extensive benefits and health and wellbeing package.Application
