Senior Project Manager Hybrid - Milton Keynes, Rushden, Peterborough or Boston £65,100 per year Permanent, Full-time role As a Senior Project Manager at Amplius, you ll lead multiple transformation projects, support and develop Project Managers, and work closely with senior stakeholders across Amplius. You ll have real influence over how we deliver change, improve project quality and build stronger project management capability across the organisation. Salary: £65,100 per year Contract: Permanent, full time Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm Location: Hybrid - weekly office presence in Milton Keynes, Rushden, Peterborough or Boston, with additional attendance as role or stakeholder needs require. Line manage, coach and develop Project Managers, balancing workloads and building capability across the project management community. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, managing expectations and providing clear updates and reports. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, resources and budgets, providing guidance to Project Managers and escalating significant concerns when needed.
