Project Manager (NPD / NPI)

Consortium Professional Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Project Manager: NPD / NPI. This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of product development and introduction projects, bringing people together and turning an established product roadmap into delivered products. You ll work across engineering, design, manufacturing, commercial and marketing teams, creating clarity around priorities and keeping projects moving. From understanding the initial business brief through development, testing and manufacturing readiness to market introduction, you ll provide the structure, coordination and momentum needed for successful delivery. The Opportunity: As a Project Manager: NPD / NPI you ll play a key role in: Owning manufactured-product NPD and NPI projects from an agreed business brief through to market introduction, establishing clear scope, milestones, responsibilities and achievable delivery dates. Developing and managing practical project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring progress against key milestones, dependencies, resources and priorities. Bringing engineering, design, manufacturing, commercial and marketing colleagues together, securing actions and decisions while keeping projects moving when challenges arise.
