The successful candidate will manage the development of high-quality design and technical information, ensuring outputs meet programme, budget, and statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Co-ordinatorPre-Construction and Design ManagementManage the full design development process.Lead tender launch meetings, ensuring all information issued to estimators aligns with Employer''s Requirements and reduces risk.Prepare well-considered contractor proposals and support technical elements of tender submissions.Programme, Approvals and ComplianceDevelop and maintain robust design programmes to ensure timely, accurate, and budget-aligned information flow.Obtain quotations from consultants, Local Authorities, statutory bodies, and utility providers to form accurate fee schedules.Secure early approvals for planning conditions, building regulations, and any other statutory consents.Obtain technical approval for Sectional Agreement works.Coordination, Communication and RelationshipsBuild strong working relationships internally and externally, including time spent on site to understand project constraints.Act as a key driver in transforming technical data into ..... full job details .....
