This role plays a key part in supporting the successful planning and design development of projects, ensuring all information is delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with statutory and client requirements.Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Project Co-ordinatorPre-Construction and Design CoordinationSupport and assist in the design development process, ensuring buildability and value engineering considerations are fully assessed.Lead and coordinate tender launch meetings when required, ensuring all information issued aligns with Employer''s Requirements and minimises risk.Prepare contractors'' proposals with clear, accurate, and compliant information.Programme, Documentation and ApprovalsCreate and maintain design programmes to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective information flow.Assist in preparing consultant scopes of service to ensure the correct level of detail is provided for each project.Secure and process competitive quotations from consultants, utility providers, and Local Authorities for accurate fee schedules.Progress planning condition approvals, building regulations applications, and statutory consents to eliminate project risks.Obtain technical approvals for sectional ..... full job details .....
