About the roleYou will be responsible for delivering mentoring and leadership programmes, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants and stakeholders. This will include:Leading the coordination and delivery of mentoring and leadership programmesOrganising and delivering workshops, training sessions and events, both online and in personManaging relationships with external consultants and facilitatorsSupporting participants through mentoring processes, including onboarding and engagementUsing CRM systems to manage data, monitor programme uptake and produce reportsBuilding and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across academic, research and ..... full job details .....
