This role will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, driving programme delivery, and ensuring projects are executed in line with strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping investment programmes, developing delivery strategies, and ensuring robust governance throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team responsible for delivering a rolling portfolio of capital projects.Support senior leadership in the successful delivery of the wider Capital Investment Programme.Oversee programme governance, project controls, and key delivery milestones.Develop and implement effective contract and delivery strategies, including NEC4 contract frameworks.Manage programme risks, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement activities.Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.Provide strategic direction and support for long-term development initiatives.Experience RequiredProven experience delivering ..... full job details .....
