Williams Lea employs nearly 7000 people worldwide, who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments, from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities, and through best-cost company offshore locations.Senior Product Manager – Customer Experience and Product Vision (Enterprise SaaS)We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new enterprise SaaS product, initially focused on the legal, investment banking, and private equity sectors.This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone passionate about transforming customer experiences and shaping visionary enterprise products. You’ll be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy, crafting intuitive user journeys, and leading cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.You’ll collaborate with UX, marketing, client services, and senior leadership to ensure our product delivers exceptional value and usability — from ideation to launch and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and champion a compelling product vision grounded in customer needs and market opportunities.Translate complex client challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions.Lead product discovery and ideation, using insights from user research, client feedback, and market analysis.Customer Experience and Design LeadershipPartner with UX/UI teams to design seamless, intuitive user journeys.Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.Use data and qualitative insights to continuously improve product usability and satisfaction.Go-to-Market and Commercial ImpactCollaborate with marketing and sales to shape product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.Develop clear value propositions and support client engagement through demos, workshops, and feedback loops.Ensure product-market fit through iterative testing and validation.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful features — balancing innovation with feasibility.Align stakeholders around product goals and priorities, communicating progress clearly and confidently.Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.Proven experience leading customer-centric product development in enterprise SaaS or B2B environments.Strong background in product strategy, user experience design, and go-to-market execution.Skilled in translating user insights into product features that drive engagement and adoption.Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX, marketing, and client services.Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.Comfortable engaging with senior clients and internal leadership to shape product direction.Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery practices.Exposure to AI/ML features is a plus, but not essential — strategic thinking and customer empathy are key.Rewards and BenefitsWe believe in supporting our employees in both their professional and personal lives.
