Senior Product Manager - Streaming. Understands customer needs and translates them into product requirements and user stories while ensuring products deliver value to its target audience. Manages product initiatives and, working with peers and stakeholders, develops the product strategy. Prioritises backlogs and acts as the bridge between customers, developers, and wider stakeholder groups.Location

Owns the product roadmap, backlog and prioritisation for a specific product or feature set within the broader product portfolioUnderstands and communicates customer, market and business needs clearly to relevant teamsCarries out user and market research to ensure products remain relevantRepresents customers, the business and Product Management in project and delivery meetings and ceremoniesManages and influences peers and stakeholders through storytelling and concise communicationTranslates user needs to features, prototypes, user stories and marketing stories; provides clear specs to developers and engineersConducts QA checks to ensure features are built according to specsRepresents products at user testing sessionsSets success metrics and reviews KPIs with Data and Insights and other relevant partiesCommunicates product vision, roadmap and progress to wider stakeholdersNegotiates and communicates changes to priorities with stakeholdersManages products throughout the entire lifecycle (design, build and run) and ensures value creationMakes bold decisions, including sunsetting and/or maintaining products when appropriateThe person

Excellent communicator, both written and oralAbility to distil complex information quickly and conciselyUnderstanding of customer and market analysis and methodologiesAbility to identify and assess strategic positioning of products to maximise market share and profitabilityProficient in budget and product performance forecastingCuriosity: remains the problem space when others have jumped to solutionsProven ability to gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable product featuresProficient with product lifecycle management tools and techniquesStrong understanding of user-centred design and agile methodologiesExcellent collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams with developers, data scientists and engineering teamsKnowledge and Experience
