As a Senior Product Manager in the Screening team, you will lead the evolution of our Screening Product, focusing on the screening controls domain.The control domain owns data ingestion (customer and transaction data) into our screening engine, defining what and how we screen these fields. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with our control framework is essential to validate adherence to standards. You will own and support projects impacting our Sanctions Processes and Systems at Wise.Here’s how you’ll contribute:Ensure that legitimate money movements are instant, and suspicious activities are handled appropriately, balancing customer experience with regulatory requirements.Develop the Screening Control Team, including systems and processes related to sanctions, PEP, and adverse media, aiming to make screening seamless for good actors, meet regulatory standards, and reduce costs.Understand customer and internal user pain points from current controls to improve product speed, cost, and convenience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in fincrime, operations, engineering, and compliance to design a world-class screening engine and controls framework.Report to the Product Lead for Screening, who will support your impactful contributions to Wise’s mission.Qualifications:

Our Offer:Base salary: £88,000 - £118,000 gross annually (dependent on experience and interview outcomes)RSUs and other benefits:
