What you''ll be doing: You will play a key role in driving the equipment programme by leading and supporting multiple weekly calls and meetings with the Supplier, sub tier Supplier and internal teams, as well as attending monthly on site sessions at the Supplier''s premises. The role includes full contract administration, ensuring purchase orders remain aligned to budget, maintaining accurate payment milestone forecasts, updating Terms and Conditions, raising requisitions and managing supplier payments in line with governance requirements, alongside overseeing obsolescence related equipment changes.
