Salary: Competitive What you''ll be doing : Supporting all aspects of Supply Chain related activity to cost, quality and schedule Support with contract management activity; placing and managing contracts, measuring supplier and schedule performance Undertaking reporting, data analysis and updating contracting documents using digital toolsets such as SAP Following best practice in line with our procurement governance, business requirements and performance objectives Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues, line management , and representing the Supply Chain function when speaking with internal and external stakeholders Your skills and experiences: Excellent communication skills within a similar professional setting Organised working style with the ability to balance multiple priorities Demonstrate an understanding of Procurement, with direct experience preferred IT experience - Microsoft Office applications, Purchase Order/ERP systems Knowledge of contracts and how to manage suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders Willingness to travel when required Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle ..... full job details .....
