Are you an expert in assessing enterprise value and sector trends? You have Secondary Private Equity experience and would like to join an exciting and expanding platform?We''re looking for a Co-Investment and Secondary professional to:conduct due diligence and deal selection of co-investments, GP and LP led secondary Private Equity opportunitieslead deal investment processes, including material production and presentation, junior guidance and trainingbuild and use financial models, third party reports, to evaluate historical information and generate projectionsconvert industry insights into comprehensive investment recommendations and risk assessmentsdrive production of IC memorandums and recommendations of investment to the committeeremain current on market developments to help frame investment strategiessupport portfolio monitoring, reporting and fundraising effortsYour team

You''ll be working in the Private Equity Co-Investments and Secondaries team in London within Unified Global Alternatives (UGA). We are responsible for sourcing, selection and diligence of direct investment opportunities for our dedicated funds and pools of capital. You''ll play an important role in the origination, review / selection of investments and the monitoring of our portfolio companies. This is an exciting, dynamic and growing team with direct access to best-in-class managers in the industry.Your expertise

6 years+ of experience with at least 3 years+ in a Private Equity secondary investment rolebachelor''s/master''s degree, ideally with a post-graduate qualification but not mandatorythinker, self-starter, with a keen focus on the detailsadept at articulating analytical views on and off paper, in a concise and confident mannerproficient MS Office skills including Excel, PPT, and LBO modelling proficiencycollaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independentlyfluency in a second language will be an asset.About us
