Senior Principal Alliance Partnership Consultant for EMIA . Location: UK or the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Execute a multi-year alliance strategy with assigned partners.

Establish and maintain senior executive relationships across industry, market, and account levels.

Facilitate joint selling, develop go-to-market strategies, and identify lead generation opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partner Enablement, Inside Sales, and Industry Solution Consultants to execute joint campaigns.

Manage partner enablement, training, certification, and compliance activities.

Track, report, and analyze joint sales pipelines, deal progress, and forecasts.

Align alliance activities with Hexagon’s business strategy and regional objectives.

Monitor partner performance and recommend improvements to increase penetration and revenue.

Evangelize joint value propositions internally and externally to maximize engagement.

RequirementsMust-Have:

Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships in industrial software; UK, Ireland, and Nordic market experience highly valued.

Strong business acumen with the ability to negotiate win/win outcomes.

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally and periodically internationally.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.

Technical marketing experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors.

Experience working across global regions and multi-cultural teams.

Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills.

Passion for technology and enterprise software.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex technology simply.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Success Metrics

Achieve quarterly and annual Alliance Partner-influenced bookings and revenue targets.

Ensure successful execution of joint GTM campaigns and partner initiatives.

Strengthen partner engagement and adoption of Hexagon solutions.
