Location: Embryo, Manchester, United Kingdom. Employment type: Full-time. Salary banding: £41k – £45k per annum. Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days in the Manchester office).Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior PPC Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. You’ll manage your own client portfolio, drive performance across a range of budgets, and lead on strategy, delivery, and client relationships.Responsibilities

Campaign management – Skilled in Shopping and lead generation with proven techniques to maximise resultsStrategy – Work with the Head of PPC to develop proactive strategies, staying ahead of Google and Microsoft updatesDelivery – Take accountability for PPC delivery on some of Embryo’s largest accountsClients – Manage medium-large accounts with budgets exceeding £100k per monthRelationships – Lead client calls, reporting and strategy sessions with confidenceTeamwork – Mentor junior staff, with team management experience a plusKPIs – Set, track and achieve client KPIsAuditing – Review and diagnose performance within Google accounts; pitching experience desirableTraining – Run training and workshops for junior team membersLine Management and Responsibilities

Lead and develop junior members of the PPC teamRole model company values and support team wellbeing; recruit, onboard and provide ongoing feedback and developmentMaintain processes, resolve challenges and drive improvementsMake confident client and team decisions, using in-house tools to innovateEnsure accountability for time, costs and client performanceSkills and Qualifications

4+ years'' PPC experience, confident managing large accounts across industriesStrong communication and client-facing skillsExcellent time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPassion for PPC, delivering results and driving innovationStrong interpersonal skills, clear communicator, trusted partner and conflict resolverSeniority and Function
