The Business

This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days per week in the office, working within a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll get to work on varied accounts, develop new strategies, and see your campaigns make a tangible difference.
The Position
As Paid Search Manager, you’ll take ownership of client PPC activity across Google and Microsoft Ads. You’ll have the freedom to test, optimise and shape campaign strategies while collaborating with a creative, multidisciplinary team.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Creating, managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads
- Installing and monitoring tracking pixels and events via GA4 and GTM
- Managing and segmenting product feeds with tools such as Producthero or DataFeedWatch
- Using scripts to improve campaign efficiency
- Writing compelling ad copy and producing high-performing assets
- A/B testing campaign types, creatives and strategies
- Analysing performance and providing actionable insights to clients and the team
- Producing clear, insightful reporting using tools such as Swydo, Triplewhale and Storehero
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally within an agency
- Confident with GA4, GTM and feed management tools
- Skilled at analysing data, spotting trends and delivering insights
- Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for creative detail
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership of accounts
- Able to work hybrid from the Manchester city centre office 2–3 days per week
- £33,000+
