Senior Project Manager Egham Up to 85kMy client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Affinity Water AMP8 team, overseeing a portfolio of clean water projects across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll manage a team of four Project Managers, work closely with Affinity Water and key delivery partners, and take ownership of projects from design through to handover.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a portfolio of clean water construction projects, ensuring they''re delivered safely, on time and within budget.Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from pre-construction and design through to completion.Work closely with design teams to ensure schemes are buildable, compliant and ready for delivery.Coordinate pre-construction activities, including planning requirements, site setup and programme readiness.Identify opportunities to improve delivery through innovation and modern constructionWork alongside commercial teams to manage budgets, risks and project performance.Oversee project programmes, resources and delivery schedules across multiple sites.Support the selection and management of subcontractors and supply chain partners.Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, cost and programme targets.Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers.Build strong working relationships with Affinity Water, internal teams and subcontractors.Support recruitment, onboarding and resource planning as projects ..... full job details .....
