Senior PMO ManagerContract: Up to £510 per day, inside IR35Location: Heathrow Working pattern: Hybrid, with two days per week onsite A large organisation is looking for an experienced Senior PMO Manager or Portfolio PMO Lead to support a confidential Digital and Technology transformation programme. This is a hands-on role working closely with senior leadership, Finance, HR and delivery teams. You will provide clear governance, planning and reporting across a complex portfolio of change, helping leaders understand progress, priorities, risks, dependencies and resource requirements. Responsibilities Maintain integrated portfolio and programme roadmaps, milestones and critical paths. Manage portfolio governance, RAID, dependencies, actions and decision tracking. Produce clear reporting and governance papers for CIO and senior leadership forums. Support resource and capacity planning across multiple workstreams. Track programme finances, benefits, delivery performance and agreed outcomes. Coordinate inputs across Digital, Technology, Finance, HR and operational teams. Support business cases, change control and delivery assurance. Lead or coordinate a small PMO team and improve reporting standards and ways of working. Provide practical support across organisational change and restructuring activity. Experience required Strong experience as a Senior PMO Manager, PMO Lead or Portfolio PMO Manager.
